Terms & Conditions

  • The client’s responsible for ensuring the availability and consistent supply of water & electricity for the cleaning work at their premises.

  • The staff will only perform tasks which are agreed upon with the client at the time of the agreement if the team (s) are given additional work outside of their scope and as a result if there are any damages, injuries or delays, Pak Saaf will not be held liable.

  • The client’s (or their nominee’s) responsibility is to inspect the work after completion and inform the Supervisor of any correction (if needed). There will be no revisits to rectify any work after the team has left.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to safeguard valuables, Pak Saaf will not be held liable for any damage(s) or theft or missing item(s).

  • The client has to pay 50% of the payment in advance and 50% immediately after completion.

  • Deep cleaning does not include dusting decoration pieces, and ornaments, cleaning furniture, carpet shampoo, or servicing appliances (this can be done but the client will be billed accordingly).

  • The crew is entitled to a half-hour break when performing full-day service at an establishment.

  • Clients are urged to pass any special instructions to the site supervisor.

  • Use & handling of Pak Saaf equipment and supplies is strictly prohibited by the client or their nominee.

  • We take videos and photos of the premises for training and promotional purposes, if you have any objections please inform us beforehand.
